I’ve read loads of self help articles from supposed experts on how to make you happier.
Ideas range from writing how you feel in a diary to stewing baby radishes over an open fire before plating them up for mystical gods.
My question is, do they work? So these experts view their whole lives through some sort of glasses where all is well and deer roam wild in paddocks of daffodils.
Do most of us actually love our lives where we appreciate seeing certain things or doing activities they enjoy.
I’ve always been a glass half full rather than half empty kind of guy. Life throws curveballs in the way but in general it’s the simple things that make me happy.
This article from Business Insider takes a much simpler view on happiness than the happy crappy experts.
Let me know what you think in the comments.
